If your job or your studies require you to relocate temporarily, you are allowed to sublease your apartment for a period no longer than 2 years. If an illness makes it impossible for you to live in your apartment for a while the same rules apply. In all instances we need documentation as to why you cannot live in your apartment in the period of the sublease.
